Use

Remember

The future perfect tells us that a certain action will be completed by a certain future time.
When we use the future perfect, we are not interested in the time of the action but in its completion by a given time.
After "when" we rather use the present perfect instead of the future perfect.
- I will phone you when I have met the manager.
- I will have met the manager by the time I phone you.

Examples

You will wake up at 04:00 pm. At 03:45 pm I will arrive home.
So, I will arrive home before you wake up,
=> By the time you wake up, I will have arrived home.

I start to read a novel every month.
So, By the end of the year, I shall have read 12 novels.

Before you wake up, I will have done a lot of work.
By the end of the month, my wife will have spent $300.000.
She will have left forever by the time you make up your mind.

Practice
